Shipping Within Canada

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. In some cases, flat-rate or express shipping options may be available.

Delivery Times: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • For Non-Major Urban Centres, Northern Regions, and Remote Centres, standard delivery may take 7–15 business days.
  • Please note: Actual delivery times may vary due to destination, weather, or carrier delays. We’ll notify you by email if there are any major updates.

Regular Mail Option: Some smaller items may ship via standard post without tracking. These deliveries can take 5–15 business days.

Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers and fulfillment partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

PO Box Notice: Delivery to PO Boxes is not supported at this time.

International Shipping (Outside Canada)

Availability: We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Restrictions: Some items may not be available for international shipping. If an item in your order cannot be shipped internationally, we’ll contact you to make alternative arrangements or offer a refund.

Additional Information

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info (when available).

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
